Last week, chefs from Cactus Club Cafe on Water Street and King Taps cooked with the Foods 9 students, making sushi and pizza, respectively. This experience allowed students to cook alongside Red Seal chefs, use high grade kitchen tools, such as a sushi cutter, and prepare high quality ingredients, such as tuna from Vietnam and three-day cold fermented pizza dough. We are thankful for the time, energy, ingredients, and expertise that the chefs provided!
